Capping volumes of biofuels is critical to stop funding further deforestation and global hunger. Doing so also helps increase credit prices and support for pollution-free, electric vehicles

REGULATE AVIATION FUELS
Including jet fuel in the program will drive down pollution from one of the state's dirtiest industry sectors while supporting the program’s overall goal of cleaning up all fuel types.

INVEST IN CLEAN SHIPPING FUELS
Crediting pollution-free shipping fuels and simplifying crediting for shore power installations for electric harbor crafts will cut pollution in vulnerable port communities.

ELIMINATE AVOIDED METHANE CREDITING
Junk factory farm gas offsets reward polluters and have nothing to do with clean transportation. It is past time to end this lavish subsidy for pollution in rural communities of color.
